Participant / Presenting author information

The information below refers to the presenting author to whom all correspondence will be sent. To present the paper, presenting author must be register before June 15, 2025. Paper co-authors cannot attend the Conference if they are not registered and have paid the Registration Fee.

Please note that the first author MUST be the presenting author. Presenting authors MUST be registered. Registration will be opened from the February 10, 2025.

Abstract Submission

Each participant is entitled to submit maximum two abstracts, one for oral presentation and/or one for poster presentation. All abstracts must be in English.
